Cutting and Folding Options

Woven labels are finished on our Willy cutting and folding machines: straight cut, edge fold, centre fold, butterfly fold and centre-edge fold. Ultrasonic and laser cutting give clean edges that do not fray or scratch the skin.

On request, iron-on adhesive or interlining can be applied to the back, so the label can be attached without sewing.

What is the difference between woven and printed labels?

On a woven label the design is woven into the fabric with yarn, giving a more durable and premium look. On a printed label the design is printed on the surface; it is thin and soft, which is why it is preferred for care labels.

What are fabric labels and textile labels? Are they different from woven labels?

Fabric label and textile label are general names for labels sewn into garments and textile products. Woven labels are the most durable type; printed labels on satin or cotton tape belong to the same group. We help you choose the right one for your product and where it will be used.

Yes. Just share your logo and the sizes you need; we prepare a design suitable for weaving together with you and start production after your approval.

How long do production and delivery take?

Lead time depends on the order quantity and on any folding or finishing required. We confirm the exact delivery date when you approve the design.
